Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders are prepared and shipped in the order they are received. During product launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may take the full processing window. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At this time, NØCMPNY only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping options are available at checkout and may include standard and expedited shipping services depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NØCMPNY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier. NØCMPNY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or high shipment volumes. NØCMPNY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
