We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. By placing an order with NØCMPNY, you agree to the terms outlined below

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

United States Customers

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing a reason.

General Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:

  • Item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused)
  • All original tags are attached
  • Item is in original packaging, including any branded bags, stickers, cards, inserts, etc.
  • Item is free of odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or any visible signs of wear
  • Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is provided
  • Return request is submitted and approved before shipping the item back

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

  • Products marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
  • Custom pieces or limited edition releases produced in small batch drops
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Accessories such as hats, socks, stickers, and bags (for hygiene and resale standards)
  • Any item returned outside the allowed time frame (14 days US, 14 days EU)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, email returns@nocmpny.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (choose from: wrong size, item damaged, incorrect item, changed mind, etc.)
  • Clear photographs of the item, especially if claiming a defect or damage

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 1–3 business days and provide return instructions, including return shipping address and packaging requirements. Unsolicited returns without an approved return request will not be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage caused in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. NØCMPNY is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Items must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving return approval. Delayed shipments may be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of its status (approved or denied). If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.

What Is Refunded

  • Refund includes: the cost of the item(s) only
  • Refund excludes: original shipping fees, insurance, duties, or taxes unless the return is due to our error

Refund Denials

If a returned item fails inspection due to signs of wear, missing packaging, or otherwise violating our return policy, the item will be:

  • Returned back to the customer (at their expense), or
  • Discarded (if the customer does not respond within 7 days of notification).
    No refund will be issued in these cases.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received an item that is:

  • Defective (e.g., misprint, hole, seam issue)
  • Damaged in transit, or
  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Email returns@nocmpny.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or offer a refund. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective or incorrect item before issuing a refund or replacement. Damage caused by improper care, washing, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must:

  1. Submit a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the item you want in the correct size or style

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Due to the nature of our limited drop model and fast-moving inventory, we do not allow cancellations or changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your size, address, and order details before confirming checkout.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Ban your account from future purchases
  • Submit proof of the transaction and shipment to dispute the chargeback
